The aim of this award is to honor exceptional CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologists™ (CSEP-CEPs) and CSEP Certified Personal Trainers® (CSEP-CPTs) who have demonstrated exceptional contributions to the field within the past year. This award highlights individuals making a significant impact through their professional practice, advocacy, leadership, innovation, or dedication to professional development. Impact may be demonstrated through meaningful contributions to clients, the community, or the broader profession.
- The applicant must be a CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologists™ (CSEP-CEPs) or CSEP Certified Personal Trainers® (CSEP-CPTs) member in good standing at the time of application submission, and during the past year.
- The nominee must have made notable contributions to the field within the past year.
- A one-page letter detailing the nominee’s contributions, advocacy, and impact.
- Resume/CV
- (Optional) Additional letters of support.
- Apply between April 1 – May 1, 2025, to be recognized for your contributions to exercise science and kinesiology.
- The CSEP Member Services Committee will review the submissions and select the award recipient.
- Please note that incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
- The recipient will receive a framed certificate to be presented at the CSEP Annual Conference and a $500.00 honorarium.
