Australian Combat & Exercise: Technical Lifting Course

Designed for the new and experienced, Technical Lifting was developed to address a gap in the provision of fitness and strength and conditioning courses. It focuses purely on the technical aspects of the squat, bench press and deadlift as well as shoulder and upper-back exercises.

With up to 12 months to complete the course (you’ll receive 12 months access), you can book now, and do the course anytime.

Plus receive:

  • Easy to view video content of all exercise progressions
  • Bonus content and interviews with our Technical Lifting sports scientists
  • Content presented and developed by some of Australia’s most respected sports scientists strength & conditioning coaches, Dr Luke Del Vecchio and Shannon Green
  • The course is approx. 1-2 days work. It’s a mix of around 6-7 hours of video footage, including some audio. We’ve split it up into short modules to make it easy. Reading material is also available.

About Technical Lifting:

Technical lifting takes an approach of preferring to work through a series of exercise progressions that build the clients up to the point that they can safely maintain stability under load.

Using the technical lifting approach means each lift is performed with perfect execution, which leads to better joint alignment, reduced risk of injury and optimal lifting performance.

Testimonials:

“Despite 10+ years as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, even more as a PT and having done about 50 professional development courses in that time, this course made me question everything I thought I understood about safe and effective lifting, and movement in general!”
