The CSEP Office is moving!

We are excited to announce that the CSEP National Office is moving! The last day in our current office will be July 29 before we move to 495 Richmond Road in Ottawa.

During the week of the move there may be some delay in responding to your queries, we will respond as promptly as possible.

As of August 1, 2019 you can find the CSEP National Office in our new home at: 495 Richmond Road, Suite 101, Ottawa, Ontario K2A 4B1. Our telephone number (877-651-3755), fax number (613-234-3565), and email addresses will not change.

What you need to know:

• We will have limited phone access the week of July 29th, please contact us by email during this time. There will be a phone outage on July 29th.
• Any Postal Mail sent to our current address will be redirected to our new address.
• Courier deliveries will not be redirected and may be returned to you. Please use our new address to send courier items after July 29th.
• All orders on the CSEP Store made after July 29, will be picked up on August 6th, regardless of when they are purchased. Courier orders will receive priority for pickup during the week of August 6th.
• There will be no impact to the website or any of our online systems during the move.
• For those pursuing certification:
  • Theory Exams purchased between July 29 to August 2 will be processed on August 6th.
  • Exam result emails will be delayed until August 6th.
